Our mentors help shape the next generation of teachers
Trainees with Kingsbridge EIP SCITT are supported by a personal mentor. We recognise the incredibly important contribution mentors make to the success of our trainee teachers. Our mentors are highly respected and valued in their role. Mentors are selected because of the expertise that they are able to share with you. Kingsbridge prides itself on the quality of its mentors and the support that they are able to offer. Your mentor will be your biggest cheerleader and act as your first point of contact as you work side by side with them. Your mentors create the link between training and classroom, finding opportunity to apply new training and support with practice activities. It is your mentors that will guide you through the curriculum, bringing learning to life.
