• Applications are now open for Initial Teacher Training (ITT)
  Applications are now open for our Initial Teacher Training (ITT) course starting in September 2024. If you're looking for a school-centred route to becoming a qualified teacher then our ITT course could be perfect for you.
• DfE: Early career payments and student loan repayments
  The Department has announced the application window for the levelling up premium, early career payments, and for claiming back student loan repayments will open on 25 September and close on 31 March.

• Ofsted Early Years Research Review
  Ofsted has published a new research review on Early Years. The review underpins the inspectorate’s new strategic focus on early education and giving children ‘the best start in life’ following the Covid-19 pandemic.
• Updates to guidance around DBS requirements for Trainee Teachers
  We have, this afternoon, been informed by DfE of the following amendments to previous guidance in regards DBS and safeguarding rules in respect of trainee teachers.
• SCITT ACCREDITATION SUCCESS FOR COMMUNITY FIRST ACADEMY TRUST
  We are delighted to announce that Community First Academy Trust / Kingsbridge EIP SCITT has ben been successful in its application for accreditation for the delivery of Initial Teacher Training (ITT) from September 2024 onwards.
• Our 2022-23 cohort celebrated their awards at a graduation ceremony at Alberts of Standish, Thursday 21st July 2022.
  They joined family and friends, and successful trainees from Kingsbridge EIP SCITTs, Schools Direct and Apprenticeship Wigan & Wirral Schools Training Partnership, for a formal ceremony followed by drinks and a sumemr BBQ.
